Joanne E. Clark
President
Joanne Clark has been actively involved in the management of software development and technology operations since 1973, holding increasingly responsible positions leading to her current position of President of The Integrated Solution Group, Inc (ISG). During that time Ms. Clark has served in various management positions including six years as Lead Project Manager for The Cross Country Group. Ms. Clark has considerable experience in the organization, scheduling, and management of complex technology operations and is currently responsible for all financial management at ISG.
Prior to joining The Integrated Solution Group, Inc. in 1994, Ms. Clark was instrumental in providing organizational management for the technology and operations groups at The Cross Country Group, a 24 X 7 nationwide provider of emergency services. Ms. Clark also spent fourteen years with Woodcraft Supply Corporation where she was responsible for the design and development of internal software systems.
As President of ISG, Ms. Clark is responsible for the day to day management of the company as well leading initiatives to expand strategic relationships and to register the business as a Women Owner Business (WBE).

Mr. Clark brings more than thirty years of system experience to ISG. In addition to the design, development and deployment of custom accounting software and custom business software, he has also actively assisted ISG clients in business process evaluation, technology selection and implementation, information system audits, and disaster recovery planning.
Prior to forming The Integrated Solution Group, Inc. in 1993, Mr. Clark was involved in several start-up consulting ventures that included significant engagements with organizations such as Hadco, Inc. and Umbro International. Mr. Clark also served six years as Vice President of Technology for The Cross Country Group. In this capacity he was responsible for building a comprehensive call processing and call center monitoring system, implementing interactive voice response systems and ACD selection. In addition he designed, developed and implemented custom roadside assistance software, warranty reporting and emergency dispatch systems for Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Jaguar, Oldsmobile, Chrysler, VISA, and others.
During his tenure at ISG, Mr. Clark and his staff have engineered and installed numerous custom software applications encompassing custom database driven web sites, work flow management solutions, sophisticated form scanning software with automated processing, custom bar code software and scanning solutions, credit management and collection, accounting software, EDI/XML electronic document exchange, rules based call processing, speaker bureau scheduling, CCI/Triad parts/labor catalog integration, UPS Worldship integration, and a host of other efficiency/cost reduction business solutions. Sample clients include Tennessee State University, Aloha Auto Auctions, Charter Bus America, H.H. Brown Shoe Company, The Cross Country Group, Sullivan Tire, Sullivans Inc., Concentra Management/First Notice Systems, International Paper, Arrow Electronics and many others.
